Hi, I have lately be having problems next to this group of kids. They are always sitting infront of my house. When i drive to my mailbox to grasp my mail, one of these kids like to come infront of the car to annoy me. I enjoy talked to him in the region of this and he just act dumb. I am fed up beside these kids sitting around and disturbing my peace. They ring the doorbell and run off sometimes. They threatened to sexually asault my daughter. Should i telephone call the cops? What should i do?
Answers: If they're threatening to assault your daughter either to you or to her, I would unambiguously call the cops. A threat verbalized constitutes an attempt. If you speak to someone, "I'm gonna kill you", to be exact considered attempted murder. If your fearful of retribution, any documentation with the authorities will just back you up should something occur down the road. They continue to hassle you probably because you haven't done anything to retaliate in the recent past and because they're little punk a** kids that think they can goad you into assault on a minor.
