I having my annual sugar ant invasion in my kitchen. They are after my cats' food. I will not use chemicals to deter them because it's destructive to me and my cats or stomp on them as I just can't deliberately eradicate anything. They aren't harmful as far as I know, just annoying. Anyone know of a NATURAL deterrent or something to attrack them spinal column outdoors (besides cat food)?

Answers:    Lemon juice. You can also sprinkle borax around. It isn't harmful to pets but the ants transport it to their nest and causes dehydration.
