My sofa keeps scratch the floorboards, is there something flat I can use to prevent the floor from man scratched.

To be honest I do know there are these things you can use but I enjoy no idea what they are call and where to find them. I search the net for ages and I can't find anything.

Any DIY thinking, suggestions welcome or if anybody know what these things are that you put under the sofa stands to prevent them from scratch the boards.

Get some felt, cut within circles to fit the sofa legs, and glue on - gorilla bonding agent is good. Repeat as crucial. Be careful when sitting - the sofa could scoot a touch bit since the felt will not own as much friction as the bare legs do. You might be capable of find pre-glued felts at Michaels, Wal-Mart, a craft store, etc.
