I live in a duplex with my husband and our dog. My neighbors own 2 dog and 2 cats that they let use the bathroom in the house. I can smell the dog s*hit through the wall. They set out trash on the orch over night and let the animals rip the pouch and drag the trash out. THen they leave the loose trash laying on the porch for days. Last week it be bathroom trash (tampons , shower drain hair, etc) I have call the lanlord, the police, animal control and the health deprtment. No one seems to be capable of do anything. I cant afford to move but I cant stand the smell. What are my options?

You are talk to them and work out a solution like putting the dog on a leash and departure them outside.
If you are desperate and never else works, open the gate and permit the dogs and cats run away so that all you have is your dog.
Answers: Depending on where you live you may contact the local authorities in relation to ordiances concerning these problems. Alot of city's have laws more or less these types of problems and if so in your case be in motion to the office and plead nicely to someone surrounded by charge or an officer. That will get you futher than just a complaint over the touchtone phone.
paint your front door with pink illumination in the dark polymer...that will manufacture them move out. then you must hope not to get druggies for neighbors subsequent. Save up enough money and then move to a smaller, more calm home.
