Depends. Are you getting plenty water? If you're contained by a drought it's more than likely "drought stress", but not knowing what you are, or where on earth you are, makes it thorny to diagnose. If it is drought stress than one year of this won't hurt you, but put together two or more years of drought in a row, and you'll probably be firewood subsequent season.
