Mouse trap backing? It appears I have a drastically clever mouse in the house ....
It appears I have a drastically clever mouse in the house . . . when I set the trap, my fingers are subjugated to a pulp by it continually going off . . . but the mouse, resourcefully he can jump adjectives over the bloody thing and never set if rotten. . . my final attempt to scare him bad was to exit a note stating that I would bear him to the Small Claims Court if he didn't pay rent, but he have ignored this too. Any suggestions ?
Answers: Try setting the trap lacking any bait, with the pressure wipe against the wall. This way the mouse will not stop when it smells the bait but instead run along the wall as usual, thereby putting it's full immensity on the trap.
If you're not having much luck next to the trap, try a glueboard (also with no bait) instead. You'll own to kill the mouse yourself but requirements must.
With either a glueboard or trap form sure that you put it along the edge of a wall that you know the mouse regularly uses as a run.
