Answers:    This type of bin was terribly common as a Seed Sales display years ago, and I enjoy also seen them for Candy.
You can check out Antique stores (or Ebay).

This is pobably unsullied, but made to look old.

You can do a go through for Store Fixtures and Displays and you may come across something. (Example Below). This is gernerally refered to as a POP - Point of Purchase display case.
