the road is private property to all residents. she is planning on moving the existing boundary out towards my property, making the roadway narrower and smaller quantity accessible to other residents and service users.no one have been notify by the council, so i assume she has no planning approval. her boundary line is a staggered one. does she call for permission to build what will be a huge aggravation to the other residents?the road is very decrease in parts and is reasonably difficult for large vehicle to manoevure through. also, it will be difficult for at least 3 residents to park and manoevure their cars in need causing wound to property. my car have been incapacitate by a large lorry trying to turn onto her driveway this week, thats how tight space is at present. it will be worse if the wall is built. aid please!
Answers: In the Uk u def need planning concurrence otherwise u have the right to hold it up wiv the count counsil!
I suggest that u try the CC immediately and see wot they right to be heard...
Any building on or near a neighbors property, within the USA requires a permit. Report her to the authority's. They are suppose to investigate and see if she is inside the law.
