Ive kept a box of photos within the garage and they give the impression of being to own get soaking and stuck together how can i separate? i dont want to damage them more

i dont want to damage them more
Answers:    soak them in a shallow tray of hose and dry individually. the backing may seperate but the shiny side should stay intact.
put them on a thick stratum of newspaper to dry, picture side up, room temparature, don,t put heat on them it will curl them up.
if you want to, calmly blow on them and when the picture side is dry and put some greaseproof paper on them and weight them down near some heavy books, that will limit the curl on them.
it really depends on the age and feature of the originals
probably the best thing to do would be to drizzly them and allow to seperate without pulling apart. Then allow individual pictures to dry.Youre gonna get ruin but best to slide apart.kindve like wen youre developing photographs from scratch. mild steam pressure , next gently peel apart, preserve sep and face up till dried, the spray clear laquer to protect them
