Answers:    basically burn them. what you don't want to burn is green wood. avoid paper and things that can float up and hold burning.

I wouldn't think so. The pellet would not allow airflow like the spaces between the logs surrounded by a regular fire. Pellet stoves use electric blowers and augers to keep nouns circulating. In a regular wood stove the pellets would sit contained by a pile on the bottom of the stove and might smolder but would not burn properly.
