My kitchen doesn't heat really well and I dont' want to warmness up my dining room more just to attain the kitchen warmer, so I boil a kettle of marine for about 15 minutes every hour or so. Will that be cheaper than running the furnance more (electic heat).? Also, will that ruin the spasm on the kitchen walls?
Answers: Usually when you run the central heat in your home...that dries out the atmosphere inside your home....so putting a kettle of water on the stove will lend a hand restore the moisture and help your sinuses. The steam coming out should not hurt your paint on the walls....unless it's so steamy that your kitchen looks close to a sauna bath house.
