Answers:    you are better off looking for an elder home up for sale than getting a trial one built. the older homes be built better than the new ones today. my sister within law have a home built and they have a quantity of problems today and they only have it built 3 years ago.

It is cheaper to build, but the time you put into the building is a fair bit, too. It depends on the size of the building.
