Is it cheaper to buy a clean construction house or to buy deeply and build?

Answers:    Generally speaking, it is cheaper to build your own home. Most Builders want a profit so their new construction homes tend to be a short time bit more expensive than if you built your own home on your own lot.

By the way, when I articulate building your own home, I mean lately that. You have to be the standard contractor if you want to save money. Hiring a nonspecific contractor to handle hiring the framer, the roofer, the plumber, the electrician, and adjectives the other trades involved with building a home can cost you a pretty penny. You reclaim money by hiring those trades yourself. But the details of a job close to that can give someone greatly of stress and worry.
I never know the answer to that but to look at it another way. Building is longer and alot of work, but you can enjoy the house the way you want it, if you hold the money, but then you hold to plan alot of things and its very confusing. To buy a different construction house is faster, but the house might of already been used and messed up and you would own to fix it. But at the same time you would already enjoy a house. Like, i know somebody who bought a house a looonng time ago and the house looks like a mansion compared to when they first bought it, and they are still fixing it up.
