Answers: First of all, none of these numbers suggest anything unless you know what brand it is.
Secondly, the stove has to be registered within order for someone to know how to track down the owner.
Thirdly, if the stove is old, I outstandingly doubt it is registered.
Fourthly, if the stove is registered, and we did have the brand baptize, someone would have to hack into the company's system to see who it is registered to. You cant in recent times look that up.
What you need to do is nickname the cops, and have them track down the personality. That is their job. Who ever did to be exact guilty of improper disposal on private property.
unless they dumped other litter such as junk e-mail with their baptize on it, you are screwed. unfortunately, things resembling that can not be traced back. you will enjoy to take it to the dump. this is a problem adjectives over. people are to idle to take stuff to the dump or to recycle days within their community.
