Is an Apple pip easily grown here surrounded by the uk? I was thinkin something like growing a lot so when im elder i can have a big vine of them??
Answers: When I be a small child I decided to grow an apple tree from the pip of the apple I be eating. I started by planting it surrounded by a small pot and then moved to a bigger pot when it have out growen the first pot. When big enough it be planted in the garden. As in that was solely tree I had no fruit. A few years ago near was another apple tree planted beside it and surrounded by the summer it deceived to blossom and contained by autumn there be a few apples on the tree. This autumn was the 2nd year for the apples to grow.
Ideally you call for 3 trees to be able to produce apples but 2 will work It is to do next to pollination.
I come from Northern Ireland which Armagh is famous for apple growning. So Yes you can grow apples surrounded by the UK, but is you are growing from a pip it could take frequent years.
you can't have a vine of apple trees.. they are call.. orchards... you will probably grow a plant from the pips'.. but probably not the fruit.. try and see..
