How can I insulate my windows contained by an apartment that I rent? People talk something like putting up insulator that is sticky stuff to the window frame. Is near anything that just clings to the fanlight glass? I don't really want to put glue on my window frame. Thanks!
Answers:    There really isn't anything that you can simply place on the cup. Insulating windows usually system that you either want to preserve the heat or the cool out. This would penny-pinching creating a seal around the opening of the window, this is where on earth adhesive insulator comes within. If you rent though you should talk to your renter and enjoy them do something about it, it's your right!
You can use clear vinyl, cut to the size of your windowpane frame and put velcro tabs on the porthole frame and vinyl to attach.
The clear vinyl can be gotten for under $2.00 a courtyard at many craft or stuff shops and yes, Walmart as well.
It comes 57 inches all-embracing and is sold by the yard, highly inexpensive and works very capably, have used it myself for five years in a minute!
