I have not long found out that i have house centipedes within my house and i have a four month antiquated baby and a one year older is it possible that they can be harmed by this freaky bug?
no

Yes, their bite can damage (but not kill) a child.
I don't necessarily trust the info on Wikipedia, this is part of the information found on their site:
"Because they get through household pests, house centipedes are considered among the most beneficial creatures that inhabit human dwellings, but because of their alarming appearance, frightening speed, and painful bite, few homeowners are predisposed to share a home with them.

Most house centipedes are incapable of thorough human skin with a bite or a sting. Those that can, supply an effect no worse than a minor bee sting.[2] The symptoms generally disappear in a few hours. However, the bite can cause form problems for those few who are allergic to the mild venom of its bite, which is similar to that of most typical centipedes. It is possible in some cases that a impulsive may develop and many minuscule bumps can form, an allergic sensitivity which might be comparable to a bee sting, in language of pain, or simply itchy, as next to a mosquito bite. The house centipede's venom is too questionable to cause any serious damage to larger pets such as cats and dogs.
Answers:    On a scale of 1 - 10, 1 anyone the lowest, a centipede comes in at a 2. They newly look scary, and as usual one a devoted mother/father they would like to know..
