The flat I have see is South facing I think it is little distance from the middle of the south towards west. But in that is open courtyard in the north west corner and surrounded by the north east kitchen and middle west is one room The next flat starts continuously within the flat. It is open veranda the flat is in the end floor. Is it advisable to buy Is there any parikaram ie., any corrections to be done if so what is that? 1. Main door within South West is Exiguous ('Neecham') -To Avoid
2.Kitchen should be in South East (Agni corner).
North West is acceptable.
Kitchen in North East is disastrous.
