my neighbours 16 year old son is within a death metal trimming and i cant stand it any longer. a while ago i told them it kept waking my little one up and they stopped playing for a few months, however my tyres were slashed surrounded by the meantime (not that i can prove it was them - although i know it was).
he just this minute wrote me a note asking if he could play again (after school) and i wrote subsidise and said yes (as baby singular sleeps at midday now) forgetting how excrutiating loud it is ( even with my doors and window shut). i am so angry - why should my peace be polluted - i feel rude confronting them again but i hold a 1 year old babe-in-arms and have ample noise to contend next to. It gave me a headache after 2 hours of same crap music today. serve?
Report the boys. They demonstrably are VERY annoying, and demand for them to seize the room they played in soundproofed. Imagine their parents, though-- they apparently are looking for a grounds to make him stop, unless they are not in attendance when they are playing. So report.

1) revenge is for children. dont trip up into that game
2) profile complaints with the police, and ring them the second that you hear the band start practicing so they capture there while they are.
3) do not interact next to them or fight beside them, you will end up getting reported
Answers: this really works,get your sympathetic neighbours to ring the house at mixed times,(not all at duplicate time), ask for the boy and tell him how much you love his music,and that you live a 1/2 mile away. ring the house at 2 or 3 o"clock within the morning, good luck
report them for noise pollution and if its postponed hours for that as well , you should know how to do so anonymously and if its that loud I'm sure other people can hear it too, so they wouldn't be capable of accuse you of it next to any solid proof.
