How exactly am I suppose to water it? According to these instructions it is awfully confusing. Also I live in Texas and the temperature are never ideal for this plant how do I hold on to it cool? It's important to me to save this plant alive please help. This is an inside plant right?

I already watered it from the top once will this automatically eradicate it?
Answers:    It will not die from the one mistake. You will have a thorny time keeping it alive but you can do it. Set it water for 10min. at a watering.
Cyclamen tubers are lone half-buried in the potting mixture, and hose down should never be poured onto the tubers. Plants can be watered from below by placing the pot in a shallow water-filled container. This permit the potting mixture to take up as much hose down as it needs. After ten minutes the pot should be lift out and allowed to drain. Cyclamen love to be well watered and allowed to dry out slightly between watering. to be precise what the page says to do i would a short time ago get a small dish and flood with dampen and put the pot that it is in contained by the dish and let the dirt seize moist. i would put it by the a/c vent that might help it enunciate cool. during the winter that might be hard. and i dont know if that would snuff it watering it over the top. man did u get a picking plant. economically good luck hope u can procure it water some how. and dont wipe out it i would ask a nursey where u live if they can give support to u with it. they might know. or know someone how would.
