I saw a queen ant, could it be the colony is dying? My house has be bombarded with ants for a long time......

My house has be bombarded with ants for a long time... it's discouraging. No matter how much I maintain the counters and floor clean, they are everywhere. I used a topical ant bait to get rid of them and the 1st darkness, I found a queen ant crawling on my kitchen floor. This has never happen before. It didn't own wings. Could it be a sign that the up to date ant bait is working and her colony is dying? I hope so.

Answers:    no the colony just sent out a decoy to build you lose your guard down, so they can prepare a fortification overnight to takeover adjectives your food in the fridge

I hope you give her "a new home". She might enjoy been given a signal from the workers that within was poison just about and she is heading for a new home.
