I re-potted my plant not sure what type, but after three years and no green thumb it's dieing . How can I stockpile ...

Answers:    3 years? Not much chance to squirrel away it. pitch it and buy another one- preferably one with instructions for thoroughness.

Potted plants are prone to all sorts of malady such as mold, fungus, too much water, not ample water, root ball, cramped space, don't like some potting mixes, fertilizer sensitivities, more.

a green thumb is a developed art that anyone that studies a bit around the plants they like, and the plants that will grow contained by their zone, can succeed in.

Not sure where on earth you live but try Sunset's Western gardening, or other sunset publications on house, potted, ornamental, and fruit/vegetable plants. They own a lot of fitting tips and advice, as ably as narrative on a thousand plants, zones, desires and dislikes, and so on.

Don't take it so doomed to failure. 3 years, I'd say you did all-right...
you don't know what type it is? How are you watering it? There is this exotic method of watering; put plant in pot near a hole in the bottom, put pot surrounded by plastic liner, only sea the plastic liner and let the plant soak up the amount of hose down it needs through the hole. You can other add plant food occasionally to the dampen. Plants need regular wispy too; regular meaning lantern for so many hours at duplicate time every day and no pale at night. When it comes to lighting try to simulate the sun as much as possible. I suggest your plant just isn't getting plenty regular light
