These flowers are going downhill fast! What do I do to salvage them?
Answers:    Keep the water surrounded by the vase of your "Sunflowers" fresh. Replace the dampen every 3
days with cold sea... keeping the water height near the top of the pot. Re-cut
1/2" from the base of respectively stem under sea using a sharp knife... beside each hose
change. Remove any foliage that may become submerged after re-cutting.

Add a commercial floral preservative such as AquaPlus or FloraLife to the pitcher that
contains your Sunflowers with respectively water adjust. Floral preservative helps to
prevent microbes growth... and feeds your flowers insuring a longer jug life. To
brand name your own cut flower food mix 1/2 teaspoon of table sugar to a quart of cold
water... mixing thoroughly.
Put an aispirin or panadol surrounded by the water.
They will hold on to longer.
