I need to take my life spinal column together. I am an advanced student but lately i haven't been doing so capably in university. I'm 13 and am going into 8th grade surrounded by September.
1. I need some liberal of motivation to do my homework. I always gain distracted really easily. As soon as i capture home, i have lunch because i don't guzzle at school. And consequently i end up playing piano or guitar. Once i obtain started I'm good, but that's usually at midnight.
2. I call for a better sleep schedule! I'm literally tired of sleeping from 1am to 6:30am and next wasting my weekends away catching up on sleep. During the week, i need to be up 6:30 on Mon,Wed, and Fri. Tues, and Thurs i obligation to be up at 6am.
3. I MUST GET BACK INTO SHAPE!! Any one have a simple workout plan? I am soon joining a local gym near my mom and best friend but what about when i'm not in attendance?
4. My room is a mess. Anyone know how to master cleaning and maintaining it??

Answers: Answer to number 2 . It is terrifically important to win enough sleep a entity who has plenty sleep is very sexy so be in motion to sleep. Your mind works better when you have slept satisfactory. Everyone has a particular amount of time they need to sleep. Some society need 8 or 9 hr. to grain rested.. Some people stipulation only 5 or 6 .. Get yourself primed to go to bed. First lug a shower or bath hot wet and start winding yourself down. Don't do anything stimulating a couple of hours past you go to bed . Turn the lights down low or stale. and the house needs to be comparatively.. Go to bed.. period.. You hold to train yourself even if you are young this will be a well brought-up thing.. Your brain works better when you are rested.. and you will really enjoy a nice weekend.. take consideration
[1] I've been near. Firstly, no wonder you get distracted or don't do very well at school if u don't guzzle. Smart brains need fuel to stay that passageway. Choose fresh fruit and vegies as well as lots of protein...even if the meal are small, eating at arts school will do wonders for concentration. Bargain with yourself. If you do say-so, an hour of maths, then play guitar for 30min. next do english for a while. then turn for a walk or some other "you" piece.
[2] try and be in bed by 10:30 most modern coz u got to find up early. if u prefe nighttime resembling me, then it take encouragement to get to bed. if u draw from all ur work done tho, the stress will be ease and you will sleep better. try and not eat to soon until that time bed. take a shower b4hand to receive u cozy and in the mood for sleep
[3] jog was the best article i ever did for myself. all over fitness, stress release, it's free and u can do it anywhere. build up serenity and test yourself. turn with household or friends if u need motivation. or possibly walk to/from institution or walk to a busstop thats further away? comfortable exercise minutes
[4] i suck at that too. buy lots of big colourful boxes, label them and stick stuff of a similar make-up in respectively one. that way u still own all ur cast-offs. its just masked =D
