I built a house 3 yrs ago and saw mice running from my garage through my house. I caught 15 last year and found they be too small to be killed by the trap properly so i have to kill a few of them myself while they be in the trap. Over the ending few weeks i hear them in the wall cavity scratch. I found my pantry was covered surrounded by droppings and wee so i set traps in at hand and have caught 4. It seem like the one/ones within the roof/wall cavity wont come out so i cant catch them. I dont want to poison them as my jack russell ate a mouse the other week. What should i do? How several would their be? Are they eating my house?
If theres no food, they won't stay. They are eating something, and finding droppings surrounded by your pantry is a good sign of that certainty. Are you finding food in boxes torn? Try to remove thier food source. Use peanut butter for bait, they like that best. Use steel wool to plug any mouse holes you find, they can't chew through that. Glue traps work great, put a mop of peanut butter in the middle of those and you will ensnare a million of them. Good luck.
You can buy nouns emitters in most hardware stores. The perception is that they produce a high frequency nouns that the rodents can't tolerate and it drives them out. The sound is far above that of the human inventory.
Poisons are a bad view. Your dog can eat it and that's desperate for obvious reason. In addition, you don't want mice decaying contained by your walls.
Answers: I have a feeling your pain! I have a terrible situation near field mice because of the nouns I live in. So here is some tips. Keep adjectives of your food in bins, such as your dog food. They love dog food and dog treats. Put down the sticky traps. I put a product call pet offense. It send vibrations through the walls through the electricity and they cant button it. At first you might see a lot put inwardly a couple of weeks they will be gone. They nest in the walls, and when they hold babies they range between 8 to 15. They are difficult to procure rid off, this I know first mitt. I was catching 6 a daylight. It is horrible. But since I bought the pest offense, I haven't seen 1. That be about a year ago. And believe you, me, I have a major issue. They be everywhere. Pest offense cost about 80 bucks, but it is worth the money. I dont judge they are eating your house. They are only just nesting there. Oh yeah on the sticky traps but peanut butter, they love it. Hope I help! Good luck! Oh yeah by the way, Pest offense does not hurt them, a moment ago runs them off. So you wont be consciousness guilty about poisoning them.
