Are they hatching within my soil? What can I do now to hold on to this from happening again?
Answers: I spray twice a year, once surrounded by the spring and then when they become influential. Don't know how you feel give or take a few chemicals but malathion is very important. You don't want to spray on a windy daytime cause you don't want the spray coming rear on you. The problem is, this kills adjectives bugs, friend and foe alike.
They may come back...spray again...
