There's a very tall tree (about 100 feet) on township property subsequent to my house. It looks fairly old and I'm fearful that it may come down if the wind are strong enough. What approvals do I need to enjoy this tree cut down?

Answers:    Check with the township to see if they will remove it. If not ask them what approval is need to remove the tree. If the tree is close to power chain and looks like it will fall on the power smudge call your electric company and they will most likely come and pilfer the tree down to protect the power lines.
