I have a large seasoning brackish plastic bottle (for sprinkling).
2 ice cube trays
various sizes of round cookie tins
I be going to throw them out but first thought I'd see if anyone had any creative ideas so I could reuse them. Thanks
The plastic bottle can be used for mixing whatever commonly used herbs/spices you use together. Or, I mix up cinnamon & sugar.
Cookie tins can come in so handy. Buttons, small spools of thread, etc. I hold one that I keep samples of crochet stitches. If you enjoy kids, have them decorate the tins, warily cut a hole in the top (or not) & you have a piggy guard.

We kept our old ice trays to freeze liquid or coffee for frozen drinks in the summer. ever make your own rime coffee? so yummy. or for freezing left over broth to use later. and we hold one thats a little bigger than the rest we use to make frozen treats for the dogs.
Cookie tins variety great storage containers for crayons and small toys, or craft supplies, small cookie cutters, or anything really. You could decorate them, fill them near homemade cookies and give them out for the holidays.
The season salt container, I'm not sure. Do you ever craft up your own spice mixes? i made up a mix in an old spice container for putting on hamburgers and stuff cooked outside, so we don't own to take a bunch of little containers out. mine is just the things my house likes, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pepper, and a little saline. but yours can be anything, you can make up your own secret recipe :)
or if you close to doing crafts, you could clean it up good and use it for sequins or beads, or take the little plastic shaker top rotten and just use it to store little things. If you have small children you could only just wash it out and give it to them and see what they come up next to. or maybe make some homemade bubble solution within it?
Answers: If you are throwing out the rime cube trays because you got an automatic ice originator ... I kept all of mine when we got our rime maker, and used them to freeze cool aid. Also when we would make mixed drinks I would freeze some of the mix within these trays and add them to the drink to cool them down. Other than that I don't have any thinking.
