Answers:    Remove the video holding the flower and greenery together and stick the stems in a bowl of silica dessicant (available at craft stores). When it is dry, retape it.

Or you can try the square method of simply hanging it upside down within a place where nouns circulates well, though sometimes, the stems rot below the tape since they can't dry capably.
