I have be planning the building of self built log cabin for years. I am presently about to break ground on a villa 24X32 with a loft. I will be building it near a 2.5 foot or so knee wall on the loft even to provide more usable area. If you be doing the same project where on earth would you start and what info is out on the internet for such project?
