How to build an outdoor aquarium? This may be far out there, but I would love to build...

This may be far out there, but I would love to build an outdoor saltwater aquarium on a full-size scale (similar to a pond) near fish, plants, Living Color's Plug & Play Coral, etc. Is this feasible? How would I budge about doing it? Would the set up be similar to that of a garden pond? What in the region of maintenance? Any valid suggestions?? Any facilitate would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
