I want to build a house in central ohio. Using a custom home builder to build a home on my land seem like it can be a moment or two expensive. what are some of the cheapest ways to build a nice home? One that looks like any other around, NOT similar to adobe or anything. I've heard that depart panel construction can be cheaper, but is their anything any cheaper? I want to build between a 5000 sf and a 5500 sf home. the plan I'm looking at is at the following website:

How much would it cost to build this plan, with possibly another 2 coup¨¦ garage, and a full walkout basement? For the interior fixtures and things similar to appliances and cabinets, I'm considering using Direct Buy, is this a worthy place to shop also, and what types of products do they offer, including construction ones? Answers:    Have you checked into prefab construction? It's not what most empire think it is anymore...your plans ...1,2,3 story they can do almost anything... the cost is kept method down through saving on labor costs and feature of the structure is actually sophisticated because it done indoors than assembled on site ..hope this helps....goodluck
