Just looked at your other questions. If you are contained by a rented house why would YOU spend money on building a fire place in a house someone else owns (unless you be planning to live there for years - I suppose). Are you sure the other heaters are truly broken, are they dimpex? Have you checked out the dimplex site for instructions. They are not straightforward if you hold just moved surrounded by. A lot of people ask question on them here.
