mine get oxide FAST! and I have to coppers it like at least possible each 3 months or smaller amount..

Answers:    We have 2 tupperware can openers for years - over 5 years possibly more. (My wife had to show me how to use it.)
It is the helpful that pulls the lid off the can NOT the description that brokes the tin, so no sharp edges.
It rarely attain food on it and so it hardly wants to wash food rotten of it. And it is also the best can opener to hold when the power goes out or you travel camping because it is non-electric.
