i am not sure what type they are but i have black seed olives from ny nan's back courtyard today and want to know how long will the keep preserved for?

also what is the best track to preserve them, in sea with a bit of lemon liquid or in grease?

Answers:    Sterilise jam jar or preserving jars by warm jars surrounded by oven.Make sure you wash olives.Put surrounded by jar,fill beside Olive Oil,and season if you like beside peppercorns. In preserving jars they will final for years.In jam jar up to two years.Make sure you fill right to top.
