I am having trouble putting the bobbin pieces put money on in the appliance. It is on loan from a friend who never used it and have no idea. If you are aware of how the Singer Simple is set up, you would know that the bobbin is located underneath the plunger, and to get to it you own to take bad a couple of white covers..than the bobbin itself is located in a metal covering..I refilled the bobbin and no I am newly having trouble getting the big, round piece and the bobbin to stay together..are they supposed to attach to respectively other?

The bobbin does not "attach" to the bobbin case -- it have to be free to spin. The bobbin case, however, have to be latched properly into its housing, called the shuttle. The bobbin side of the bobbin armour will be pushed into the shuttle, so the bobbin is completely covered.
Know anyone who sews? THey can show you how in a few second, most likely (alas, not adjectives fabric store force know how). From what I can tell, this is a model commonly sold through Walmart,. and most of the folks within the Walmart fabrics nouns sew quite ably, so that might be an avenue to pursue.
Do consider a basic sewing class. There are lots of small tricks of proper threading, yard goods handling, etc. that are far easier to teach "within person" than via a book or trying to puzzle them out yourself.
No, they don't "attach" to each other. The metal piece holds the bobbin contained by place. Trying to tell you how to replace the element is almost impossible. If you can, the easiest way to do it is appropriate the stuff to a fabric shop. I'm sure one of the force could do it for you in 15 second.
