I live in a underground room apartment and once in a while a centipede will come thru. I'm am completely afraid of centipedes.I heard that some species are poisonous and can variety you real sick.My aunt lived within Hawaii and the natives said that if you get by a centipede here that you will be ill for 6 months. How do you hold on to centipedes away?
I am very afraid of those things because I hear about their poisonous bites.I know centipedes resembling ants, spiders,and old wood.I don't own any old wood.I do carry a spider once in a while.
So how do I save those scary creatures away?

Answers:    Centipedes don't fastidiousness about mature wood. They eat other bugs. However, they may be attracted to bugs that are attracted to weak wood or moisture.

I (along with most of my neighbors) use Ortho to destroy the caterpillars, but it works just as powerfully with most other insects (except those that fly).
