What's the best temperature and/or setting to put them on? It seem when they're set high, they maintain turning off and on. I also put on the vitality saving fact, but it makes the lights flicker when it turns rotten and on.

Suggestions? It's 90 degrees and I involve the a.c., but what I don't need is a huge electric bill.

Answers:    It a question of personal comfort My opinion ...If you can get by 78 during the day and 74 at hours of darkness that should be comfortable. Obviously the higher the temp the better, expect electric costs to shift up very soon

As you probably know, AC's cost money to run. If it's hot, you are going to incur electric costs for an AC.

The chirpy medium is use the follower vs. temp method. Cool the room down using the lowest temp setting and the fan on dignified for a few minutes. Now leave the temp setting on 66 or 68 degree but turn the fan speed to low.

Keeping the thermostat at 66 or 68 will stop the entity from turning on and off. Reducing the aficionado speed will save on verve and help protract the room temperature.
