I got this tool to cut PVC and I'm sure I'd know how to use it fine, it's just that I can't numeral out how to get the blade out. You'd conjecture it'd just verbs out, but that hasn't worked.

No one in my kinfolk is tool inclined, so excuse me for not knowing this probably simple answer ;)

Answers:    Remember it only cuts up to 1" pvc. Undo latch at the flipside open the handle, put the pipe between jaws and just maintain squeezing. Just like using scissors
How much will it cost to build this...
hold off the put money on latch, stick the pipe between the two blades, press down hard until you cut.
