Answers:    Since it's an apartment, it's likely that the ants are coming from someone else's home.

Unless they take assistance of their problem, you won't have much luck taking care of yours.

Call your apartment controller and see if they already have an agreement with an exterminator. If they do not, receive them get one. This isn't something you can handle on your own.
