ive just moved out and pay electric by push button,i didnt think it was that dear later an indian came round telling me to sign up for scottish power and sed its like mad cheaper,but it wasn't,the money dropped right down.i put money on the old key and wen i put it surrounded by it sed error-now i really dont know what to do,i wanna swap back!

Answers:    you will own to get in contact next to your old electric company who will then start up a brand new contract with you, explain that you put extra money on the old card, and they will credit it to your bright account, i have a moment ago done this leaving powergen to go to british gas, big mistake, and it took bout 3 - 6 weeks to swap, because i never credited near british gas, i could use my old key, conceivably they will send one out, and just forward the money on to scottish power, if you explain what happen
