Answers:    Rubbermaid tubs and if you want to keep your clothes smelling fresh append some sachets or fabric softner sheets.

Depends entirely on whether your subterranean vault is completely dry or is damp.
If it's dry, you should be able to use plain plastic storage crates beside good snap-on lids.
If it's humidity, you're going to need storage boxes that seal to hang on to the moisture out.
In either case, use pallets or boards to catch stuff up off the floor.

Lysol won't help much. Keep stuff hermetically sealed up and use red cedar balls.
