I checked my bill and I didn't use any more electric than last year at this time. But they raise their rates again so I gotta pay more! I live contained by a 14x70 trailer and it is $289 a month for my electric bill!! I do have electric grill but that is outrageous!!
I preserve the heat on 65 even though I freeze my butt past its sell-by date! I switched to all flourescent bulbs. I maintain all lights sour unless I absolutely necessitate them.
Any other ideas? I cannot afford this anymore! I consistency like it is any have groceries or electric. Also I can just afford my trailer anymore!! Last year at this time, my electric bill was going on for $150. And I didnt use any more electric (I looked at the KWH).

Answers:    THE COULD NOT HAVE RAISED RATES THAT HIGH...ONE THING YOU CAN DO IS ASK FOR A METER RE-READ...i HAVE DONE IT AND DISCOVERED THAT THE PRIOR METER READ WAS QUITE WRONG....ANOTHER SUGGESTING IS TO SEE IF THE UTILITY HAS AN AVERAGE BILL PAYING SCHEME...ITS A PLAN WHERE THEY AVERAGE YOUR ANNUAL USAGE..PRICE IT OUT AND YOU PAY THE AVERAGE EACH MONTH FOR THE WHOLE YEAR..REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE METER SAYS
