We are building a new 200 foot wall between us and our neighbour. We are replacing an existing old blockade. How can I convince him to split the cost since it benefits both of us. My husband and friends are willing to do All the work.

Before doing any building I would homily to your neighbor and tell them that you would close to to replace the old obstruction and was wondering if they would be interested contained by going in beside you on it.
