Help.obsesive human being who is emotionally attached to her stuff drowning contained by clutter and disorganization? I have tons of stuff close to papers and nicknack's that over...

I have tons of stuff close to papers and nicknack's that over the years I have have to clean rapidly for inspections and placed in storage..also moved to progressively smaller places and own stuff everywhere. One 10 by 20 shed I rent full to the gills, one I built at my mom's full, her attic and garage full, small storage unit where on earth I am and about 20 boxes at my sons. I bet nearby are 150 boxes in storage..plus house overfull --no wall space as full of cabinet etc.]

This stuff is messing up my life. When I look at it, I cannot throw away most of it and also not keeping house. I want to adapt and at least remodel and keep house cleaner and throw at lowest some of it away. I do not know where to start..I obligation to start in house first..several boxes in that and go throw respectively item..when I organize, I consent to rest of house go and it adjectives gets overwhelming..by temper I am a sanguine (melancholy)..sanguines are very disorganized. I can be organized such as when I student skilled, but I lived
You have a enormously common, but denied, problem. It is not an overnight solution. You obligation to find a good psychiatrist, or psychologist first. They will know how to refer you to an understanding organizer who will compassionately teach you how and what to dispose of.

Please, for your own sake, don't hire someone to do it for you. When they're done you'll merely go out and start hoarding again.

Lots of luck to you.

she has some philosophy for breaking down your clutter into manageable chunks. The more you follow it the better you will perceive.
Hanging on to a lot of cast-offs will not help your depression at adjectives.
Answers:    There is most definitely a psychological component that requirements to be addressed. I suggest you try to resolve why you cannot agree to go of your "stuff" and what purpose holding on to it fill in your enthusiasm. If you were competent to figure this out on your own, I'm sure you would enjoy done this years ago. Since you've already admitted that it is messing up your energy, the next step would be psychiatric help. Once you've identified the "whys" and "wherefores", you may have an easier time sorting through your memories and letting some of it budge. From someone who has be in your situation (but on a much low-grade scale), you need to promise yourself that, from this morning forward, you will not hoard everything that crosses your path, and that you will one and only "selectively" choose to save those things that own significant meaning. Trust me. You can do this if you really want to.
If you haven't touched it or looked at it surrounded by over 6 months-throw it away. Get rid of your storage unit and storage at your Moms-who is helping you be worse by allowing this. Its a mental declaration you have to find in yourself-even your writing is excessive. You need to check on classes etc you could pocket too-
