I live in apartment complex that brings brown recluse and brown widows into it by putting pine needled adjectives around the complex.Everytime they do this I see these spiders all over. I call to let them know and the coordinator told to kill them as I see them. Yeah! She be serious! Can anyone tell me if this violate any safety codes? I know in that must be something they can do. She just doesn't want to. I live within Tallahassee FL. I know the only other alternative is to move but I think its unecessary when adjectives they have to do is spray and not surround the complex next to pine needles every month.

Check the contract, if within isn't anything specified about pest control, after I don't think permissible action can be taken on her. If someone be bit by the spider though, then perchance she'd do something. Sounds like someone who could guardianship less, and they are not secure, harmless spiders.
Possibly if plenty people complained and threatened she would do something.
I would hail as my local police station and ask them is there any legitimate way to force a proprietor to exterminate since the spiders are so dangerous. They'll know the codes and the law for your area.
Answers: I would call at hand corporate office and speak near some one about the spiders and label sure they get some one out to exterminate forthwith. I would not take no as an answer. Keep moving up the cuff of command if you have to. Make sure to transmit them about the apartment leasing agents not doing anything.
