Im currently living in a block of six flats on the second floor and the those who live above me dont work so are in adjectives day bang and crashing about loud music etc etc as i work night i try sleeping in the time i have asked them other to try and keep the resonance down but was a short time ago told to @:>? off ive complained to the council but nought came of it.

Any suggestions (appart from bloodbath them lol)?

Answers:    as you have the right to relatively within your home, your manager and pressumably theirs should be taking this problem seriously.
If your landlord can not win your neighbours to be quiet consequently you have to consider any legal bustle against your landlord and or your neighbours. OR insist on your manager installing soundproofing to your home where this is possible and also making sure your neighbours hold soft furnishings (carpets and not illegal hardwood or laminate flooring). if that fail you have two remaining choices, stay within and put up with the crash or move to a detached bungalow or house where you are the sole occupier.
All that assuming you don't want to wear earplugs when sleeping.

if adjectives that fails, i'd insist on against killing them however enticing it may be (and believe me it is tempting sometimes) you could other go another improper route adn if like me your neighbours gas and or electric slip away through your home to your neighbours then you could other get physical and cut here power. I stress that is a ultimate resort and is 100% illegal and you would ruin up in prison) but you may wrapping up up feeling that it may be worth it.
