Help! My pots and pan are black from gas stove.? Okay so I just get the Rachel Ray pots and pans...

Okay so I just get the Rachel Ray pots and pans and they are bright ginger. I have a gas stove and everytime I put together dinner (or cook) the bottoms turn black. It takes me forever to scrub this black sour. I live in an apartment, so I unfortunatly cannot amendment to an electric stove. Is there anyway to prevent this pot burning?
Answers:    To remove the black soot, I recommend using oven cleaner. It will do the trick. You might want to see if the stove is burning cleanly; the flame should be blue near no yellow. There is an nouns intake that mixes the gas with the heavens which can be adjusted. That might fix the problem so that the pots and pan won't turn black.
Answer to question:
Use a lower setting. If the flames are not touching the jar, you should not get the soot on the bottom. If the soot is really easier said than done to get bad, try soaking the pan surrounded by a sink full of hot soapy water. Dawn dish detergent works economically. If it still does not come all the approach off, boil soapy marine in a jar large adequate to it the smaller pan within. Let the smaller pan boil within the water for 4 or 5 minutes. If that doesn't do it, nought will!
