In the last year or so, I enjoy noticed that there's something like 3 cracks on the walls (hairline-type) also in some of the corners of bedrooms the kickboard is coming apart. I own consulted a general contractor that have checked the crawl space underneath our floor and says adjectives looks fine, so what can the problem be? Anyone know what may be happening?

Answers:    Have a well-versed person check the smooth of your floors and squareness of the walls.
Some normal settling (within a credible range) could cause the cracks. The kickboard issue might indicate movement that requirements to be addressed though.
