Help bugs!? I just found three small bugs surrounded by our brand new apartment....

I just found three small bugs surrounded by our brand new apartment. They are something like 1cm long, have lots of legs, move sort of approaching an inchworm, are very spare with tiny wispy green stripes running down their backs and brown seseme core like boss. they also have a brown piece at the south end of their body. Any model what they are, or how the heck they got within? need to know so I can share the landlord, this is a moment ago number 35 on the list of serious problems next to these new houses. Thanks for your assist!
